Two of Terang AI's core platforms are registered as copyrighted works (Ciptaan) with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI) at Indonesia's Ministry of Law, under Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright.

Who and for how long
Both are recorded as computer programs (Program Komputer). The recorded creators are Alfian Firmansyah and Muhamad Fahriza Novriansyah with the wider team, and the rights holder is PT Terang Inovasi Indonesia. Protection runs for 50 years from first publication.
Why bother
These two registrations cover the engine behind everything else: the exam-preparation system that carried partner cohorts to a 100% TBS passing rate, and the interview simulator that scholarship applicants use to rehearse. Recording them establishes provenance and makes the work defensible as Terang AI moves into enterprise partnerships and institutional contracts.
