Our innovative platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools designed to streamline editorial management, increase participant engagement, and maximise the overall conference preparation.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, providing assistance via chat and effectively pitching our conference management platform for potential clients and partners.

Position Details

This is a contract position with an expected duration until October 2024. Depok area is prioritised.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via chat, email, and other communication channels.
• Engage with potential clients and partners to understand their needs and demonstrate how our platform can address their requirements.
• Educate prospects about the features and benefits of our conference management solution.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including basic english communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
• Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn about our product and industry.
• Bachelor's degree or High school diploma.
